Access for disabled persons
In accordance with its values, Ciarus refuses exclusion, and particularly that of disabled persons: it is one of the first places in Alsace to obtain "Tourism and Disability" approval, for welcoming those with physical and mental disabilities. Apart from disabled access, four rooms with three special beds for persons with reduced mobility are available.Formulae and seasons
Ciarus is very heavily booked during Parliamentary sessions. This is the high season for us. For groups, we offer several half-board or full-board formulas for which the services are provided at Le Plateau. Here I find a place of encounters and exchange!
Here I am neither an anonymous customer nor a lonely traveller. Outside my room, my place of privacy, I find a structure where hospitality and dialogue are not just empty words. Vast open areas are accessible to all guests, with detailed, up-to-date information as well as free interactive entertainment all available. These are ideal elements to encourage encounters and exchange.
