Le Plateau: a genuinely different restaurant
Le Plateau, the self-service restaurant at Ciarus, offers a model, balanced diet: delicious, varied food which follows health and ethics principles. Open to all, it is a meeting place for men and women from all walks of life: local businesses, groups of guests or individuals, whether they are staying at Ciarus or not, participants at meetings, families, associations… Le Plateau welcomes all those who want to harmonise their taste buds with their convictions!
At Le Plateau, the products are natural, sometimes the produce of organic farming. The soup is home-made, the bread made using traditional methods. You can eat as many vegetables as you like. At lunchtime, the salad is free. Coffee is from fair trade sources and stale bread is given to the organisation “Pain contre la Faim”. Fish is on the menu five times a week and our minced meat is 100% lean.

Our differences are a source of wealth: at Ciarus, we aim to welcome everyone the way they are, irrespective of their religion, their convictions, their way of living or their difficulties. We will look for the best solutions - whether in terms of organising the stay of people with disabilities, adapting the opening hours of Plateau during Ramadan or speaking at least three languages so that we can communicate and understand each other.

• from 7.00 am to 9.00 am during the week
• from 7.30 am to 10.00 am at the weekend
Lunch :
• from 11.45 am to 1.15 pm
Dinner :
• from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm
