In Strasbourg, from 13 to 16 May 2010, the Euroceltes Festival offers the opportunity to bring together artists and musicians who share a passion for Celtic music.

Since it was first held in 2006, CIARUS has provided accommodation for the participating artists and musicians.

    Faithful to its primary objectives, the organising team will present numerous musical events to the general public, most of them free, all over the Alsace region. Dawn serenades, concerts, pipe band competitions and bell-ringers, fest Noz…

    From international festival to local festnoz, these celebrations are the active demonstration in music of the existence of a bona fide popular art form that brings people together.

    At CIARUS, we can see the positive influence of music as a means of bringing cultures together, at the disco or Sing Star evenings, for example. And when the Scottish groups, EP Projects, turn up, our column room becomes the stage for some wild and wonderful folk dancing!
