When Nature calls, Ciarus makes room on its walls!
The Strasbourg-based photographer, Anne Milloux, will soon be hanging her “animal portraits” on the walls of the Salle des Colonnes at Ciarus.
If the photographer captures nature through her lens, the Plateau (the restaurant at Ciarus) captures it in its recipes: organic vegetables, fair trade quinoa, free-range chicken, products from regional cottage industries.
Allowing everyone to live with dignity from the fruits of their labour and caring enough to pass on a habitable world to future generations are two of the avowed convictions of Ciarus. This is why we have invented the Plateau Cocktail in keeping with them!
This cocktail convinced the artist and the artist convinced the entire team. It will be served at the opening of her exhibition on 11 March. We cordially invite you to share this encounter.
