For 5 days, the regulars at Le Plateau were able to hear her pretty "so British" accent announcing that the restaurant was open.
Interested in the tourist business, she also discovered the work of the booking agent.
There is nothing out of the ordinary in welcoming trainees to Ciarus. All year round, in reception, in the kitchen, in maintenance, the various departments at CIARUS get involved in this activity.
For promoting access to culture and training for youngsters is part and parcel of CIARUS' values, a project in its own right.
