Ciarus is a member of UCJG (which is the French branch of YMCA). The youth movement, which was set up originally by Protestants, is open to those of all creeds and none. In accordance with the principles of secularity, it develops social, intercultural and international programmes to build a world where there is more justice and solidarity.

AJA is the leading travel agent for groups and organisations. It runs a network of associations across Alsace, which currently consists of 22 short-stay, holiday and outdoor centres, youth hostels and holiday villages. These are linked by a Quality Charter based on comfort, safety and activities. They offer a wide variety of accommodation options. AJA is for everyone: young people, families, sports clubs, school classes, clubs and associations, groups of friends, works councils, etc…

Maison de la France, the French Government Tourist Office, is a tool for promoting tourism abroad. It has offices in 26 countries. Its structure as an economic interest group is the expression of its aim of partnership between State, regions and tourism professionals.
The Club Français du Tourisme des Jeunes of Maison de la France aims to promote and develop tourist products dedicated to a young clientele. Its activity is mainly dedicated to: training - market research - prospecting and promotion public relations - communication - marketing help.
Ciarus is a member of Maison de la France and of the Club français du tourisme des jeunes.

Ciarus supports and initiates action that reflects its values, such as calls for solidarity, participation in militant action, cork collections, petitions for cancelling third-world debt, work against the use of antipersonnel mines, exhibitions of photographs of oil slicks, information about AIDS, and exchanges about European citizenship or the culture of peace. When you come here, you will have the freedom to take part or get informed.
