Welcome cocktails: enjoy a glass of Alsace wine, water and soft drinks accompanied by salted nibbles. Ideal for opening or closing an event.
Cocktails:
- Strasbourg formula: a convivial drink (45 minutes - 10 items per person)
- Alsace formula: a delicious cocktail (1h30 - 15 items per person)
- Europe formula: a gourmet cocktail which can serve as lunch or dinner (2h - 20 items per person)

- Market menu:
Fast formula : 2 disches (starter + main-dish or main-dish + dessert)
drinks: 1/2l mineralvwater +1 coffee.

- Local menu:
Farm formula : 3 dishes (starter + main-dish + dessert) - drinks: 1/2l mineral water + 1 coffee

Theme buffets (for 25 persons or more): Alsatian, Oriental, Italian or West Indian: our buffets are a delight to the eye and the taste buds alike
