 | The catering team at Ciarus plays a role in the success of your events with tailor-made offers: coffee breaks, organisation of cocktails, table service for up to 160 persons, different self-service formulas in Le Plateau, or depending on your wishes and your requirements, we can devise a market, regional, festive or themed menu. |
- Welcome cocktails: enjoy a glass of Alsace wine, water or soft drinks accompanied by salted nibbles. Ideal for opening or closing an event.
- Breaks and refreshments, for a moment of relaxation during the day:
- Welcome coffee
- Coffee break (Fair-trade coffee and tea + orange juice + mineral water+ homemade cake)
- Cocktails:
- Cocktail Plateau: 6 salted and sweet "canapé" all with organic, fair trade or local product, organic apple juice, organic vegetables juice, Alsace white wine, water.
- 15 items formulae : organic apple juice, water, 1 glass of Alsace crémant and 15 salted and sweet "canapé"
- Table services(for 10 persons or more):
- Fast menu: 2 dishes, of your choice, depending on available produc, 1/2 water and 1 coffee.
- Menu du Chef: 3 dishes of your choice, 1/2 water and 1 coffee.
- Local menu depending on your wishes
- Trolley meal : cold plate and desert deposed on your meeting room.
- Wine package: 2 glasses of white or red wine.
- Theme buffets:
Alsatian, Oriental, Italian or West Indian: our buffets are a delight to the eye and the taste buds alike (for 25 persons or more).
