Welcome cocktails: enjoy a glass of Alsace wine, water and soft drinks accompanied by salted nibbles. Ideal for opening or closing an event.

• Strasbourg formula: a convivial drink (45 minutes - 10 items per person)
• Alsace formula: a delicious cocktail (1h30 - 15 items per person)
• Europe formula: a gourmet cocktail which can serve as lunch or dinner (2h - 20 items per person)
