The formulae

Breakfast

 a real french breakfast: Home-baLe petit  déjeunerked butter Croissant, fresh baguette from the morning cooked by our local baker, butter, jam, organic fresh fruit, organic yogurt, fair trade coffee and tea, chocolate, orange juice.

A la carte: Grills at lunch and dinner, fish at least 5 times a week, homemade soup in winter, fair trade coffee…
You can help yourself to vegetables and a green salad is offered free of charge at lunchtime...The menus can be consulted on www.ciarus.com one week in advance.



The formulas:
Le Plateau also offers optional fixed menus (on half and full board):
2 courses : 1 main course + 1 dessert
3 courses : 1 first course + 1 main course + 1 dessert + 1 alcohol-free beverage



Picnic lunches: (can be including in a half or full board). 

 Petit Panier: 1 sandwich + 1 fruit + 1 organic cereal snack + 1 bottle of wate 50 cl.

Grand Panier: 1 sandwich + 1 packet of crisps + 1 organic cereal snack + 1 organic fruit compote + 1 fruit + 1 water 50 cl.

Our differences are a source of wealth: at Ciarus, we aim to welcome everyone the way they are, irrespective of their religion, their convictions, their way of living or their difficulties. We will look for the best solutions - whether in terms of organising the stay of people with disabilities, adapting the opening hours of Plateau during Ramadan or speaking at least three languages so that we can communicate and understand each other.

• from 7.00 am to 9.00 am during the week
• from 7.30 am to 10.00 am at the weekend

Lunch :
• from 11.45 am to 1.15 pm

Dinner :
• from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm
