Le petit déjeunerBreakfast:

Tea, hot chocolate, coffee + 1 orange juice + 1 croissant + cereals + 1 yoghurt + bread + butter + jam + 1 fruit salad or 1 compote + 1 cheese, 1 pâté or 1 egg.

 

 

Photo Déjeuner et dinerLunch and dinner:

A la carte: Grills at lunch and dinner, fish at least 5 times a week, homemade soup in winter, fair trade coffee…
You can help yourself to vegetables and a green salad is offered free of charge at lunchtime...The menus can be consulted on www.ciarus.com one week in advance.



The formulas:
Le Plateau also offers optional fixed menus (on half and full board):
"Petit Plateau" : 1 main course + 1 dessert
"Grand Plateau" : 1 first course + 1 main course + 1 dessert + 1 alcohol-free beverage



Picnic lunches: (can be including in a half or full board). 

 Petit Panier: 2 sandwiches + 1 fruit+ 1 bottle of water ex: 1 tuna mayonnaise + 1 emmenthal-butter + 1 banana + 1 50cl bottle of water 

Grand Panier: 1 cold main course (cold meat + salad or chicken/salad sandwich or club sandwich) + 1 packet of crisps + 1 portion of cheese + 1 sweet snack + 1 fruit and 1 fruit compote. Bread, knife and fork, napkin and a 50cl bottle of water per person.

Breakfast :
• from 7.00 am to 9.00 am during the week
• from 7.30 am to 10.00 am at the weekend

Lunch :
• from 11.45 am to 1.15 pm

Dinner :
• from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm
